Share clear and helpful information about courses, admission requirements, and future career options.
Talk to students one-on-one to understand their background and goals, and help them choose the right course.
Support students through every step of the admission process -- from submitting documents to joining the program.
Keep track of all student conversations and updates using our CRM system.
Meet monthly targets for student enrollments and revenue, while always putting the student's needs first.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in any field.
0-2 years of experience in student counseling, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Experience in EdTech or higher education is a bonus.
Strong English communication skills -- both speaking and writing.
Friendly, helpful, and able to guide students with confidence.
