Act as the primary point of contact for prospective UG & PG students, offering detailed insights into available programs, admission criteria, and academic outcomes.
Engage students through personalized consultations, helping them identify suitable courses based on their educational background, strengths, and future ambitions.
Support students through each step of the application and admission process -- from document verification to onboarding and orientation.
Accurately record all student interactions, feedback, and progress in CRM systems to enable data-driven decision-making.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets while maintaining a student-first approach.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is essential
0-2 years of experience in academic counseling, student services, inside sales, or customer engagement roles.
Exposure to EdTech platforms or the higher education industry will be considered an added advantage.
Excellent English communication skills.
