Recommend personalized program options based on each individual's background and objectives.
Clearly communicate program details, including course content, schedules, pricing, and how to enroll.
Support applicants throughout the admissions process, from initial contact to final enrollment.
Keep detailed and accurate records of all communication and progress using our CRM system.
Contribute to monthly enrollment targets through strategic outreach and timely follow-ups.
Build trust with prospective students through active listening, transparency, and genuine support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (new graduates are welcome to apply).
0-2 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, education sales, or other student-focused roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience with CRM platforms is a plus, but not required--training will be provided.
