Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and messaging platforms to learn about their goals, backgrounds, and motivations.
Recommend tailored learning paths based on each student's unique needs and aspirations.
Provide clear and detailed information about program offerings, including curriculum, schedules, pricing, and the enrollment process.
Assist students through every step of the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions using our CRM system.
Help meet monthly enrollment goals through consultative outreach and consistent follow-ups.
Establish strong relationships with prospective students through empathy, active listening, and honest guidance.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply!)
0-2 years of experience in admissions, academic advising, education sales, or similar student-facing roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A natural people person--someone who enjoys connecting with others and building meaningful relationships.
Self-motivated, organized, and driven by goals.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus--but not a must (we'll provide training if needed).
