Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on course selection, career opportunities, and academic planning.
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate information about courses and programs.
Guide students through admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospective students to ensure successful enrollments.
Build and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of counseling and conversions.
Maintain student databases and counseling records accurately.
Collaborate with academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Good knowledge of academic courses, career paths, and higher education trends.
Problem-solving attitude with student-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
