Recommend suitable programs, certifications, or learning paths tailored to individual student needs.
Handle student queries professionally through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Clearly explain course structures, schedules, fees, and the enrollment process.
Use CRM tools to manage and track leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and sustained engagement.
Build trust and nurture relationships with prospective students to drive enrollment and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education sales. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and guide decision-making.
Comfortable using digital tools and remote communication platforms.
Prior experience with CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
Highly organized with good time management skills.
