Recommend appropriate courses and programs tailored to individual career goals.
Serve as a primary point of contact--communicating clearly and promptly via phone, email, and chat platforms.
Offer detailed and accurate information about course offerings, schedules, and the admissions process.
Manage student leads through CRM systems, maintaining timely follow-ups to support conversions and engagement.
Consistently meet or exceed targets related to student enrollments and satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Experience
: 0-2yrs (Freshers can also apply)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a student-first approach.
Strong organizational capabilities and a proactive follow-up style.
Prior experience in academic counseling, student advisory services, admissions, or the EdTech sector is a plus but not mandatory.
Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM platforms.
