Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals regarding online/distance learning programs offered.
Understand their academic and career goals to suggest suitable courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email queries.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain lead data in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly targets for student enrollments.
Provide accurate information related to course content, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
0-2 years of experience in counseling/admissions/sales (EdTech background preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
