Conduct calls and connect with prospective leads (students and working professionals) who have shown interest in our UG and PG programs.
Understand the academic background, career goals, preferences, and financial constraints of each lead and provide accurate and personalized counselling.
Provide detailed information about various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, program benefits, university affiliations, fee structure, and career outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping candidates navigate their educational choices and guiding them toward the most suitable university and course options.
Ensure timely follow-ups with potential candidates and drive conversion.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on CRM portals and ensure proper documentation of candidate interactions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets as set by the team lead or manager.
Required Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Experience required : 0-2 years. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in EdTech sales or academic counselling is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
