?Review walk-ins for career-related aspirations.
? Basic understanding of various lead sources which include Digital Marketing,
Traditional Marketing, Local search tools, and referrals.
? Experience in telephonic marketing to generate walk-ins from all our lead
sources.
? Guiding walk-ins about all our products and helping them pick the right course
suitable to them in academic and financial aspects.
? Explaining all our Unique selling propositions and having the knack of closing the
walk-ins to admissions.
? Having the abilities of a go-getter and searching for ways to achieve business
targets on monthly basis.
? Communication skills Verbal and written is mandatory.
? Pinpointing and informing clients of potentially helpful career-related
opportunities.
? Keeping an eye on ever-changing trends

? Outstanding interpersonal skills are mandatory.
? Basic computer skills to manage data, analyze and report.
? Experience in counseling for educational institutions and able to coordinate with
other team members.
? Preferably a team player.
