Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on inbound inquiries
Explaining company products/services clearly over the phone
Generating and qualifying leads through calling activities
Acting as the first point of contact for customers
Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Achieving daily and monthly call and conversion targets
Coordinating with the sales team for lead closure and escalation
Handling basic customer queries and providing required information

10+2 / Any Graduate
Freshers are welcome
Candidates with prior telecalling or sales experience will be an added advantage
