We are seeking an experienced Academic Counselor with a minimum of 2 years of experience to guide students on academic programs and The role involves providing academic guidance, managing the end-to-end admission process, and ensuring a high-quality counseling experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on courses, career paths, and academic options
Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Manage admissions, documentation, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate student records and reports
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
Achieve Counseling and Enrollment targets
Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Academic Counselor
Fluency in English and Tamil (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledg
