Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and communicative Academic Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective students through the admission process, helping them choose programs that align with their academic and career goals. Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, addressing queries about courses, admission procedures, and academic planning. Provide detailed information about course structure, schedules, fees, and faculty. Conduct personalized counseling sessions to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs. Follow up with inquiries, walk-ins, and leads to ensure successful admissions conversions. Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions progress in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Participate in orientations, webinars, and student engagement activities. Offer basic guidance and motivation to students during the enrollment process.

Eligibility Criteria:

Fresh graduates from any stream (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools. Willingness to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
