Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + regional language preferred).
Confidence in phone and video-based counselling.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
Knowledge of higher education trends and student expectations
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferably in Education, Marketing, Business, or related fields).
0 to 3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or student services.
Freshers with strong communication skills and learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
