Job Description

Osforh Learning Hub are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide learners in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate will counsel students, support admissions, and ensure a positive learning experience.

Responsibilities

Counsel students on course selection, career options, and learning pathways Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms Support admissions and enrollment processes Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and orientation programs Maintain student records, follow-ups, and counseling reports Coordinate with trainers and internal teams Track student progress and provide necessary guidance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools) Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
