Job Title: EdTech Counsellor

Experience: 1-3 Years

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated EdTech Counsellor

(1-3 years of experience) to join our team. In this role, you will engage

with prospective students, understand their upskilling needs, provide

detailed information about our educational programs, and drive

enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate a pool of prospective students by identifying their
upskilling needs.

Provide detailed information about programs through phone calls
and create a strong lead pipeline.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets and goal-oriented
with a proven track record of meeting targets.

Guide students in understanding the importance of choosing the
right career path.

Actively listen and match candidates' needs with suitable courses. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students.
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer support
(preferably in EdTech).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and helping students succeed. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹11,306.12 - ₹26,942.47 per month
