Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused

Academic Counsellor

to guide and support students in choosing the right test preparation programs and admissions pathways. The role involves counselling students, coordinating academic processes, managing CRM entries, and ensuring smooth batch allocation and updates.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on study abroad pathways and competitive exam preparation options. Recommend suitable programs such as:
GRE, GMAT, SAT, GATE, CAT, CUET, CLAT, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE

Assist students in understanding course structures, timelines, and preparation plans. Maintain and update the

CRM system

for: Lead updates Batch allocation Class scheduling Student progress tracking Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth academic delivery. Handle walk-ins, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Ensure high-quality counselling and student satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities. Ability to understand academic programs and explain them clearly. Experience in education counselling (preferred, not mandatory). Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is an advantage. Passion for student development and customer service. Willingness to work offline at the Trichy center.
