Role Summary

As an

Academic Counselor

, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their educational aspirations, recommend suitable programs, and facilitate enrolments. Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement

: Interact with students and parents through inbound and outbound calls using our internal lead database.

Enrolment Support

: Identify students' academic goals and recommend appropriate programs.

Program Promotion

: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of Xylem Learning's educational offerings.

Relationship Management

: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with students and their families.

Target Achievement

: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.

CRM Management

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and follow-ups.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Work closely with academic, marketing, and operations teams.

Feedback & Insights

: Share valuable insights to enhance lead quality and improve the overall student experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)

Experience

: 0-2 years in enrolment, counselling, sales, or advisory roles (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Track Record

: Experience in meeting sales or enrolment targets is advantageous
