Academic Counselor: ₹25,000 ?30,000 per month Senior Academic Counselor: ₹30,000 ?45,000 per month

Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven, and student-centric professionals to join our Jayanagar center as Academic Counselors and Senior Academic Counselors. You will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right course, helping them understand the career prospects, and converting inquiries into admissions.Key Responsibilities: Academic Counselor

Counsel prospective students and parents on ICA's training programs and career opportunities Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and inquiries Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails Convert inquiries into enrollments by explaining the value of ICAs offerings Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM
Senior Academic Counselor (includes all of the above, plus)

Handle escalated or complex counseling scenarios Mentor junior counselors and assist with training new team members Support the Center Manager in driving monthly admission targets Analyze student feedback to improve counseling techniques Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies
Requirements:For Academic Counselor:

Bachelors degree in any discipline 14 years of experience in academic counseling, or ed-tech sales Good communication skills in English and local languages(Kannada) Confidence, persistence, and a student-first approach Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
