Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals about suitable courses and career paths.
Manage leads from various sources (calls, emails, online inquiries, etc.).
Convert inquiries into enrollments by building trust and rapport.
Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Provide end-to-end guidance from inquiry to successful admission.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience in EdTech sales/counseling
(mandatory).
Excellent
communication, persuasion, and presentation skills

Strong ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses.
