Counsel students/clients and understand their needs
Provide guidance related to courses, career options, or services
Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Maintain follow-ups and proper records
Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with clients
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Positive attitude and empathetic nature
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle people patiently
Prior counseling experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
