Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused

Academic Counselor

to guide learners in choosing the right educational programs and career paths. You will be responsible for counseling students, helping them identify their academic goals, and matching them with suitable courses or training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on academic programs, courses, and career opportunities. Understand students' goals, strengths, and interests to provide the best guidance. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Explain program details, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures. Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure conversions. Keep accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress. Meet and exceed enrollment and counseling targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field. Prior experience in counseling, sales, or student support preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
