Academic Counselors

to join our team and help guide students and parents through their learning journey.

Role & Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their learning needs. Counsel students effectively about Vedrica's courses and offerings. Convert leads into enrolled students, maintaining a professional and supportive approach. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM or other tools. Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students.

Requirements

? Minimum

5+ years of experience

as an Academic Counselor in top EdTech companies.
? Proven track record of

successful student conversions

.
? Strong communication and persuasion skills in

English & Hindi

.
? Must have

own laptop and reliable Wi-Fi

for remote work.
? Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional.
? Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
