Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using online learning platforms and digital tools.
1-2 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably for online students.
Ability to motivate students and provide personalized support.
