About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and student-centric Academic Counselor to guide and support students aspiring to pursue their education abroad. This role involves assisting students through the counseling process, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study abroad programs, courses, universities, and application processes. Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and preferences to suggest suitable options. Assist students in preparing necessary documentation for applications. Maintain regular communication with students through calls, emails, or messages. Maintain data records, follow up on leads, and manage student queries effectively. Stay updated on international education trends, admission requirements, and visa procedures. Ensure high standards of service and a supportive experience for students.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and listening abilities. Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (training will be provided). Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
