Role Overview



As an academic counselor, you'll be the face of Easyconcpt--connecting with



parents, inspiring students, and driving growth. This is your chance to join a

Key Responsibilities



? Identify, connect, and build trust with prospective students and parents across



multiple boards and regions.



? Deliver tailored product demos, presentations, and consultations that address



specific academic needs and goals.



? Maintain long-term relationships with parents, students, schools, and



educational communities.



? Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, meetings, online



channels, and events.



Share customer feedback with marketing and product teams to refine offerings

and strategies.

? Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

? Accurately track leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools.

? Represent Easyconcpt at webinars, workshops, and info sessions.

? Adapt sales pitches to different academic streams, learning styles, and

customer personas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Education

preferred).

? Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

? Empathy and rapport-building abilities to connect with both parents and

students.

? Target-driven and self-motivated, with a startup-ready mindset.

? Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (EdTech

preferred).

? Proficiency in CRM tools and digital productivity software.

? Willingness to travel locally for meetings or events when needed.

Preferred Attributes

? Familiarity with India's K-12 education system and exam boards.

? Ability to analyze customer data to personalize sales strategies.

? Experience partnering with schools, tuition centers, or educational counselors.

? Strong networking skills to build community and institutional relationships.
