Key Responsibilities
Contact and engage prospective students via
phone calls, WhatsApp and CRM tools
Counsel students regarding
courses, eligibility, fees, schedules, and career prospects
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs
Follow up with leads regularly to guide them through the admission process
Convert qualified leads into
confirmed enrollments
Handle student queries and objections professionally
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the system
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and onboarding
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
Experience in admissions, tele-calling, or sales is an added advantage. Freshers passionate about sales can also apply;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with strong persuasion abilities
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM tools

Experience in
education sector, EdTech, coaching institutes, or telesales
Confident, proactive, and self-motivated
Ability to build rapport quickly over phone conversations
