Brilliko is hiring for a passionate professional for the opening of Academic Counsellor for Ludhiana Location. She will be responsible for multiple kind of roles such as taking enquiries, handling doubts and queries of the students and walk-ins etc

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough initial consultations to understand student's needs and goals. Maintain regular follow-ups with students to track progress and provide support. Ensure high levels of student satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing advice. Understanding students career needs and suggesting them the right course. Gather feedback to improve counseling techniques and services. Provide customized counseling sessions aligned with student's goals. Offer relevant resources, such as materials, workshops, or referrals, to support client development. Create a supportive environment for clients to discuss challenges and aspirations. Maintain accurate and confidential records, including session notes and progress reports.
Requirements:

Only female candidate. Must be a graduate Must have a good communication & interpersonal skills. Immediate Joiner.
