About the Role

Are you passionate about helping students build successful careers in Digital Marketing? We're looking for a

dynamic and empathetic Education Counselor

to guide aspiring marketers toward the right learning path. You'll be the first point of contact for inquiries and play a key role in driving admissions and student satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Engage with potential students via

walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries

. Provide

career-focused counseling

about our digital marketing courses, certifications, and placement opportunities. Build trust and rapport with students and parents to help them make informed decisions.

Follow up

with leads consistently to maximize conversions. Manage and update leads and student data using

CRM/Excel tools

. Support the admissions process - from documentation to coordination with internal teams. Collaborate with the

marketing and academic teams

to improve outreach and conversion strategies. Represent the institute at

seminars, webinars, and promotional events

.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred).

1-3 years of experience

in student counseling, telesales, or academic advising. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus). Confident, persuasive, and student-friendly approach. Basic understanding of

digital marketing concepts

is preferred. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to

work independently and meet targets
