We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide learners in selecting suitable courses, planning their academic journey, and achieving their career goals. The counsellor will provide academic advising, career counselling, and mentorship to ensure student success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on course selection, academic pathways, and career options. Guide prospective students through admission processes and program details. Maintain regular interaction with students to monitor progress and provide support. Organize orientation sessions, workshops, and seminars to assist students in skill development. Provide information on educational programs, scholarships, and career opportunities. Address academic and personal challenges faced by students and provide solutions. Collaborate with faculty members to identify and support students needing special guidance. Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to guide students with empathy, patience, and motivation. Knowledge of academic programs, educational trends, and career pathways. Problem-solving and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as an Academic Counsellor, Career Counsellor, or Student Advisor. Certification in counselling or career guidance. Familiarity with student management systems and academic planning tools.
