Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding course options, career paths, and educational programs.
Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, social media, or walk-ins.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Follow up with leads and maintain student records in CRM or admission systems.
Assist students throughout the admission process - form filling, document collection, fee payment, etc.
Coordinate with faculty and admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
Achieve admission targets and generate regular reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Management preferred).
Master's degree or counseling certification is a plus.
1+ year experience in academic counseling, student support, or education sales preferred.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
