Key Responsibilities:

Counseling & Student Support

Counsel students and parents regarding available event management courses, workshops, certifications, and career opportunities in the event industry. Handle walk-in, phone, email, and online inquiries and convert them into enrollments. Understand student needs, abilities, interests, and career goals and guide them appropriately.

Admissions & Enrollment Management

Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions. Assist students in completing registration, documentation, and fee-related processes. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Coordination & Administration

Support planning and execution of academic events, workshops, seminars, campus activities, and guest sessions. Maintain attendance records, feedback reports, and student progress data.

Communication & Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and academic partners. Provide post-enrolment support including orientation, program guidelines, and placement updates. Ensure timely resolution of student queries.

Promotion & Outreach

Participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, and marketing campaigns.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
