Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries for event management and related courses.
Counsel students and parents about course details, curriculum, career scope, and placement opportunities.
Maintain a positive conversion ratio from inquiry to admission.
Assist students through the entire admission process, from application to enrollment.
2. Communication & Relationship Management:
Build rapport with students and ensure a positive and professional experience.
Follow up with potential leads through calls, messages, and emails.
Maintain relationships with existing students for referrals and feedback.
3. Coordination & Administration:
Coordinate with faculty, marketing, and placement departments for student needs and updates.
Maintain proper records of student inquiries, admissions, and communications in CRM or Excel sheets.
Assist in planning and organizing seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions.
4. Marketing & Outreach Support:
Participate in promotional activities such as college visits, exhibitions, and career fairs.
Support digital marketing efforts by contributing student stories or testimonials.
Provide insights on market trends and competitors for better outreach strategy.
