Job Position:- Academic Counselor Location : Noida : As an Academic Counselor at Sky Education Group, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and professionals through the education planning and admission process for online and regular courses offered by our esteemed partner universities in India. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of counseling experience in Ed-tech companies, a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, and the ability to successfully facilitate admissions through Sky Education Group. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive academic counseling to students and professionals seeking guidance on online and distance education courses.
• Understand individual needs, career goals, and academic aspirations to offer personalized counseling services.
• Guide students through the admissions process, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines.
• Facilitate the submission of applications and required documents to partner universities on behalf of students.
• Stay updated on trends and changes in the higher education sector, providing insights to enhance counseling services.
• Participate in training programs to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.
• Develop effective strategies to convert potential leads into enrolled candidates for the management programs.
• Maintain a proactive and consistent connection with candidates through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and personalized email communication.

Educational Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree (or pursuing) in a relevant field. Freshers can also apply.
• In-depth knowledge of online and regular education courses in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to guide students through the admission process.
• Familiarity with CRM systems used in Ed-tech companies.
