Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Counseling, or a relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and the ability to connect with students
• Knowledge of educational programs and resources
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Proficiency in MS Office and educational software
• Experience in academic counseling will be an advantage

• Assist students in understanding their academic goals and provide guidance to achieve them
• Advise students on course selection, program requirements, and educational resources
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to identify student needs and develop action plans
• Help students develop effective study skills and time management techniques
• Provide support to students facing academic challenges and recommend appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and prepare reports
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to ensure student success
• Stay updated on educational policies, programs, and requirements
• Participate in student orientation and other academic events
