Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized, one-on-one counseling sessions with students to comprehend their academic objectives, interests, and challenges.
- Provide detailed information about IMS Noida graduate and Postgraduate courses, along with various career pathways and converting into admissions.
- Stay informed about current educational trends, industry requirements, andadmission processes to offer accurate and relevant information.
- Work closely with academic departments to stay updated on course offerings, prerequisites, and any curriculum changes.
- Assist students in the college application process, providing guidance on eligibility requirements, deadlines, and available scholarships.
- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and information sessions to address common academic and career-related concerns among students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and address academic and personal challenges faced by students.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, intervening as needed to ensure academic success.
- Candidate must be conversant with CRM.
- Worked in similar industry / courses is added advantage.
- Can work under pressure / targets based performance.
