You will play a critical role in driving admissions and supporting students in making informed academic choices.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents from a provided leads database.
Understand the academic goals and requirements of students and suggest appropriate NEET/JEE programs.
Clearly explain course offerings, curriculum structure, fee details, and key benefits of the programs.
Build trust and rapport with students and parents to facilitate enrollment decisions.
Follow up with leads systematically to ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and admission status in the CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly admission targets.
Address queries and concerns effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred background in education or counselling).
Prior experience in telesales, academic counselling, or EdTech sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to influence and persuade potential customers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
