Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on available courses and programs
Understand student needs and recommend suitable options
Explain course structure, duration, fees, and schedules
Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms
Assist students with admission and enrollment processes
Maintain accurate student records and follow-up reports
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
