Convert inquiries into admissions through structured follow-ups and effective sales strategies.
Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling sessions to explain program benefits and admission processes.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve the student experience.
Stay updated with the latest courses, admission criteria, and education trends.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in talking to students and parents both over the phone and in person.
