Role: Academic Counselor
As an Academic Counselor, you will guide professionals in choosing the right learning programs to accelerate their careers. Your conversations will shape their future -- while helping you achieve your own growth and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with
80-100 potential learners daily
via phone and video calls
Identify their educational background, career goals, and learning needs
Provide
consultative counseling
to recommend the best-fit programs
Convert leads into enrollments while meeting monthly targets
Manage and update lead information in the CRM system
Work closely with the team to refine sales and counseling strategies
Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates ready to start a career in EdTech, counseling, or inside sales
Candidates with
0-3 years of experience
in B2C sales or EdTech
Strong communicators fluent in
English and Hindi
Energetic, ambitious, and target-driven individuals
Qualifications
Graduation in
any discipline
is mandatory
Prior sales or EdTech experience is a plus --
freshers receive full training!
