:Job Title: Inside Sales (Team Lead) - Edtech Industry - Mumbai

Job Responsibility

Sales Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
o Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
o Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customer segments and sales opportunities.
o Define sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness.

Team Leadership and Management:
o Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team.
o Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
o Set clear sales targets, monitor individual and team progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
o Foster a collaborative and motivated sales team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.

Sales Operations and Execution:
o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
o Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
o Monitor sales pipelines, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
o Implement sales enablement tools, technologies, and CRM systems to streamline sales operations

Customer Relationship Management:
o Identify customer needs, understand their pain points, and provide tailored sales solutions.
o Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to win new business and drive revenue growth.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate sales performance and identify trends and opportunities.
o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
o Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales approaches accordingly.Key Skills:Key Skills:

Mandatory : Proven experience in inside sales, sales management, or a similar role. candidate should have team handling experience .

Job Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days

Timings: 10 AM to 7.00 PM

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
