Academic Counselors

to guide learners and drive admissions for our upskilling programs.

Position: Academic Counselor - Inside Sales

We are hiring

both freshers and experienced professionals

in Academic Counselor (Ed-Tech) who are passionate about education, career counseling, and consultative sales. This role involves engaging with potential learners and helping them choose the right learning program.

Responsibilities

Interact with

80-100 prospective students daily

via calls and video consultations Understand their educational background, career goals, and upskilling needs Recommend suitable courses through structured counseling Meet and exceed

weekly/monthly enrollment targets

Update lead information and follow-ups using the CRM system

Who Can Apply

Freshers

interested in building a career in EdTech sales Candidates with

0-3 years of B2C Ed-Tech or counseling experience

Excellent verbal communication skills in

English and Hindi

Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Based in or willing to work from

Dadar, Mumbai

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (mandatory) Sales or EdTech experience is a plus, but not required for freshers
