We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented

Academic Counselor

to join our admissions team in Mumbai. Your role will involve guiding prospective students through the enrollment process and helping them choose suitable UG/PG programs offered online.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students via calls, video sessions, or face-to-face meetings Promote and sell online UG/PG programs Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions Maintain daily call logs and CRM updates Meet individual enrollment targets on a weekly and monthly basis

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months of sales or counseling experience Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
