Job Title: Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing the right academic programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling, admissions support, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and career opportunities

Handle inbound & outbound calls related to admissions and enquiries

Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic solutions

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions

Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM

Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth admission processes

Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and counselling abilities

Basic knowledge of admissions and education programs

Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Preferred Skills:

Experience in education counselling or sales

Fluency in English & Malayalam (or regional language)

Student-centric approach with problem-solving skills
