Fin Fit Edu is a fast-growing learning platform dedicated to empowering students and working professionals in the field of finance, trading, SAP, and mutual funds. Our mission is to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world financial skills through structured training programs, expert-led webinars, and personalized learning support. We conduct regular 2-day (Saturday-Sunday) trading webinars that attract aspiring traders and finance learners from across Kerala.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and student-centric Academic Counselor who will play a key role in converting leads generated from our weekend webinars into successful admissions. The role involves guiding students in selecting the right courses, explaining career opportunities in finance/trading, and ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Follow-Up
Manage and follow up with all leads generated after the Saturday-Sunday trading webinar.
Initiate calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to understand student goals and offer suitable course recommendations.
Maintain high responsiveness and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Counseling & Admission Support
Counsel students on various programs including Trading, SAP, and Mutual Fund courses.
Explain course structure, curriculum, faculty expertise, fee details, and career pathways clearly.
Help students evaluate which course aligns best with their academic background and career ambitions.
Assist in completing the admission process, documentation, and payment procedures.
Coordination & Reporting
Update the CRM regularly with lead interaction details, current status, and conversion progress.
Share feedback from students to improve teaching quality, marketing communication, and webinar effectiveness.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets and present reports on performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
6 months to 1 year of experience in academic counseling, sales, customer relations, business development, or education services.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and persuasively.
Good listening skills and an empathetic, student-first approach in counseling.
Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
Interest in finance, trading, and education; willingness to learn basic trading concepts.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
