Job Summary:

The Student Counselor is responsible for guiding and supporting students in their academic and career choices. The role involves counseling prospective and current students, managing admission inquiries, and providing continuous support to ensure student satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic and career counseling to students and parents. Guide students on course selection, eligibility, and admission procedures. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online inquiries effectively. Maintain and update student records and admission databases. Conduct orientation sessions and follow-up meetings with students. Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience throughout their learning journey. Collaborate with faculty and administration for student progress tracking. Organize seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions on career opportunities. Support marketing and outreach activities such as school visits, events, and open houses.
