Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Academic Counselor to join our team in Kottayam. The role involves guiding students through their academic and career choices, promoting our programs, and ensuring successful admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on available courses and career paths. Manage walk-in and online inquiries and convert them into admissions. Maintain effective follow-ups with leads to achieve monthly enrollment targets. Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth operations. Participate in seminars, events, and admission drives to promote the institution. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills. Strong goal orientation and ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
