Job Description

The Academic Counselor provides guidance to students on academic planning, course selection, and career pathways. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and persuasion skills with a passion for education and student support.

Student counseling and advising

Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to discuss academic plans, course options, and career goals with students and parents. Assess students' academic backgrounds and interests to recommend suitable programs and pathways. Provide accurate information on various programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and academic policies. Provide after-enrollment support and guidance to students as needed. Help students with career advice, job placement, and post-training planning.
