Position : Counsellor
Location : Kollam
Salary: As per industry standards
Education: BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech(IT/CS)
Relevant Experience :Min 2years

Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, truancy, career planning.
Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations.
Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.
Confer with parents or guardians, trainers, other counselors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral, academic, and other problems.
Provide crisis intervention to students.
Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress, and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs.
Prepare students for placements.
Should be well versed with Counseling and Convincing.
Efficient in handling queries and should be able to handle them.
Should be having excellent communication skills
The job posting will be in Kolkata.
Should be Graduate, any Stream is welcome
Should be aware of the Degree Program / Ed Tech Program Admission Ecosystem
Should have Overall Experience of at least 2 years in counseling / telecounseling
Should be having Good Interpersonal Skills
Should be proficient with MS Office
