Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete records of student and Tutors .
- Counsel students regarding different training programs .
- Active participation and contribution during educational fairs, university visits and in-house seminars.
- Responsible for the prompt reply to students\' queries.
- Make outbound & handle inbound calls to prospective leads and address queries on different training programs.
- Coordinating with Branches/ Associates for pending documents and payments of tutors and fee collection.
- Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration.
- Solving the queries of branches/associates through Emails and call.
- Conduct follow-up interviews with counselees to determine if their needs have been met.Handling walk-in & telephonic admission inquires.
- Following up the prospective students over phone and emails.
- Should have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Min 1 year exp in a similar profile is an added advantage.
